After our THPS exported to Canada and Russia, some technical problems related to THPS fed back during their usage, it needs to be paid great attention to.  We analysis it one by one as belows:

　　1) the phenomenon of tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)phosphonium sulphate(THPS) freezing

　　 For many customers, it would be incredible if they found tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)phosphonium sulfate freezing. 

     In fact, THPS like many other chemicals, also has a critical point (melting point) between liquid and solid. In the process of usage by customers from Canada and Russia who are located in cold places. The low temperature sometimes reaches -40, -50 degrees, and the melting point of tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)phosphonium sulphate is only -35 degrees. Therefore, the surrounding environment must be higher than -35 degrees when  you use THPS for sterilization.

　　2) Tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)phosphonium sulphate (THPS)will have a pungent smell when working at high temperature

　　 There are few customers who use tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)phosphonium sulfate as a scale inhibitor in high temperature environments or after compounding, and when the ambient temperature reaches 111 degrees, tetrakis (hydroxymethyl) phosphonium sulfate is very likely to decompose. The irritating smell of the few customers just mentioned after using the product at ultra-high temperature may be the decomposition product of tetrakis (hydroxymethyl) phosphonium sulfate.  Of course, the product itself also has a certain taste due to the presence of a small amount of formaldehyde in the processing . But it is a fundamental difference in the taste production of the two.

　　 Therefore, our overseas customers must avoid the two extreme temperatures of ultra-high and ultra-low when using tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)phosphonium sulfate (THPS). In this way, the so-called two above-mentioned phenomena will not occur.
