Introduction:

High-quality DKP is typically produced through processes involving raw materials such as potassium hydroxide and phosphoric acid.

DKP is also known as dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, dipotassium salt, or potassium phosphate dibasic. Its aqueous solution is weakly alkaline. 

In food industry, it is used as buffering agent, chelating agent, yeast food, emulsifying salt, synergistic agent of anti-oxidation.

Storage: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
