Brazilian Client Representative Factory Inspection Report
On Aug.31, we welcomed the China‑based representative of a well‑known Brazilian customer for a factory audit visit. Fully authorized by the headquarters, the representative traveled all the way from Wuhan to our plant for a full‑day on‑site comprehensive inspection. This served not only as a rigorous review of our company’s overall capabilities, but also as an opportunity for in‑depth and candid communication.
The factory audit officially commenced at 10:30 a.m. Accompanied by our management team, the representative first toured the production laboratory. Equipped with internationally advanced testing equipment, the lab enables full visibility of every inspection procedure from raw material incoming to finished‑goods dispatch. The representative carefully reviewed on‑line test records for sodium hypophosphite and hypophosphorous acid products, and commended the laboratory’s standardized operating procedures and precise data management. Afterwards, the party proceeded to the core production workshop. The automatic control system ran steadily with neatly‑arranged piping. From time to time, they raised questions regarding process parameters and production capacity details, to which our technical lead provided thorough replies, making on‑site communication efficient and harmonious.
Leaving the workshop, the representative visited the meeting rooms and office areas. In the meeting room, a thoughtfully prepared display board illustrating our company’s development history caught their attention. From hardships in the early founding stage to rapid growth following technological breakthroughs, every milestone reflects our persistent pursuit of quality. The representative carefully examined our quality management systems and production qualification documents, and meticulously verified the validity and scope of each document. Regarding export procedures, we demonstrated full‑chain operational standards covering order confirmation, commodity inspection & customs clearance and international logistics, together with complete documentary archives accumulated over years. The representative spoke highly of our international trade compliance capabilities and emergency response mechanisms.
The full‑day inspection concluded in a rigorous yet friendly atmosphere.
