Why Phosphates prices keep rising? Here with the reasons:

1/ Vietnam phosphate factory exploded on 27th Feb., Israel Phosphate factory was damaged on 25th Mar.. They made the raw material yellow phosphorus price rised 12.65%

2/ One of the raw materials is Sulfur Acid, the war made Sulfur supply reduced a lot. Compared to the early of Mar., the price of Sulfur has rised about 50%, also its supply is very tight.

3/ Regarding sodium hypophosphite, its byproduct THPS is mainly used for oil drilling. The war made THPS sales was cut down about 30%, the pressure of financial and stock made SHPP manufacturers have to shrink SHPP production.

4/ Chinese government annouced a new policy to cancel tax rebate of phosphates, including STPP and SHMP, it made overseas customers stocked for 6-8 months needs.
